Article 9

According to the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights": the consumer has the right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one from the seller from whom it was purchased, if the product did not satisfy him in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons can be used for its intended purpose. The consumer has the right to exchange goods of proper quality within fourteen days, excluding the day of purchase. Exchange of good quality goods is carried out: if it has not been used; if its commercial form is preserved; consumer properties, seals, labels; settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.

Order return or exchange procedure:

· You need to inform the manager of the reason for the return.

· The product being returned must be in its original condition, packaging, factory labels and completeness must be preserved.

· You return your order to the warehouse of the transport service, which our manager will indicate to you.

· If the return of the order is due to the fault of the buyer, the payment of transport services is borne by the buyer, if on the contrary, the seller.

· We take the goods from the warehouse, check the completeness and appearance.

Importantly! The tires must not be in service, the factory labels must not be damaged and the tires must not have been mounted on rims.
Wheels must not have signs of use, mounting of tires, and all components must be preserved, fixed and packed.
